Objective:

To identify transport providers in Italy and their specialist services that DHL can strike up a relationship with when distributing products across the country.


Approach:

A list of Italian transport providers were obtained and each one was researched to identify the following:

  • Countries and regions served.
  • Types of products transported.
  • Number and types of commercial vehicles.
  • Key contacts.

Result:

A database was provided of 250 Italian transport companies that was beneficial to them.
